‘How to register for vaccinations (All GP’s, healthcare workers & rest of the staff)‘
A Health Care Worker, is anybody working in a health care establishment.
- First, you must register on the EVDS system on: https://vaccine.enroll.health.gov.za
- Second, you must register on our V4HCW website, for data verification on the National Beneficiary list: https://v4hcw.co.za
Further to our initial communication, we can now confirm that all healthcare workers in public & private sectors should indicate their willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by also registering on the Department of Health's EVDS system: http://vaccine.enroll.health.gov.za This dual registration process has been confirmed by the NDOH.
Please note that if your data has already been captured on www.V4hcw.co.za, this will still be needed by the EVDS to validate their private sector beneficiary registry.
The V4HCW together with all the other private sector databases have already submitted to the National Private Sector Beneficiary Register.
We would urge you to continue to register both on our site and on the EVDS, so that we can continue to provide the verification process going forward.’

CPC/Qualicare and IPAF position on recent development regarding Fraud, Racism & Funders withholding Payments
As the leading national Family Practitioner doctor network we do not condone fraud, & will not defend any of our members in instances where fraud has been proven beyond doubt. Secondly, we do not condone deviation from the law by medical schemes &administrators, in the name of recouping monies allegedly claimed fraudulently. Lastly, we urge our members to exercise care and caution when providing medical services and claiming from medical schemes for services rendered.
